JCE provided excellent and prompt communication. Easy and efficient to deal with.  Made whole process very easy – from my initial enquiry, not being fully clear what my requirements were, Michelle gave me clear advice. When tenant asked for the visit to be postponed to the following week the appointment was changed with no problem.  Both the office for enquiry and arranging visit, and engineer who came out to do the testing extremely professional friendly and efficient.

A few words of praise and a big ‘thank you’. What a good man Vimmy is – I’m so impressed by all he did in the house on Friday – starting with arriving pretty well on time and a fully professional response throughout the time he was here.

I had already asked your colleague Michelle in advance of his appointment if I could possibly add a further couple of items of possible tasks – believing it only courteous to do this rather than simply assuming he would be able to on arrival. I know he rang and discussed something to do with this with you prior to doing so.

So – thank you and in fact also to both yourself and Michelle for all you have done – would happily recommend the company to anyone if asked.

 

Realised I had an electrical problem when breaker kept tripping. Gave JCE a call and received a visit from an electrician a couple of hours later! Very helpful and effective, problem appears to be resolved. Ten out of ten JCE for customer service, thank you!
