Jerry brings over 45 years of electrical expertise and is a go-to resource for his team and customers, always going the extra mile to provide support. In his downtime, he enjoys snowboarding in Canada, though it's been a while since his last trip—something everyone encourages him to do more often, as he’s certainly earned it.

Lea has been the backbone of the company for 15 years, managing accounts and keeping Jerry organised both at work and at home. A lifelong tea enthusiast, she’s never had alcohol but enjoys shredding documents in the afternoon. In her free time, Lea stays active by walking her two dogs, running, or working out in her gym.

Martyn has been with the company since he was sixteen and remains a key team member, acting as Jerry’s sidekick and providing support both in the office and onsite. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Emily and their two children, Freddie and Rosie. When he gets some personal time, Martyn plays football for his local team—though his electrical skills far outshine his football abilities.

Simon joined the company in 2020 after 18 years as a regional manager in the electrical wholesale industry. Now serving as operations manager, he thrives on the contracting side of the trade, keeping the team busy and occasionally sharing his love for practical jokes. Outside of work, Simon enjoys golf, working out, and his main passions: fast bikes, fast cars, his family, and a good bottle of red wine or gin.

Tom joined the company in 2014 and has risen to the role of lead electrician, excelling in large commercial and industrial projects. He splits his time between working onsite and occasionally in the office. Outside of work, Tom enjoys tackling home improvement projects for his wife and their two little monkeys. A fan of Netflix box sets, he also supports Manchester United, for his sins!

After working for JCE for 10 years, Tom left the UK to live in Brazil with his girlfriend, Julia. Now back in the UK as Julia’s husband, Tom enjoys swimming, skiing holidays, gaming on his Xbox, and spending time with friends and family. Nicknamed "Mr. Horizontal," Tom is renowned for being the most laid-back person you’ll ever meet.

Vimmy has been a valued team member for 20 years, known for his signature phrase, “if you know what I mean.” A true socialite, he enjoys attending local events, savoring great food, or relaxing at home with his wife and a good board game. When not working, he’s always up for a cup of tea and a cuddle with his grandson.

Harry began his electrician journey in 2021 as an apprentice and joined JCE in April 2024 during his third year, drawn by the promise of a better work-life balance. Previously, he also worked as a bartender, gaining valuable social experience. In his free time, Harry enjoys socialising with friends, going on adventures with his partner, watching movies, and playing on his PlayStation.

Tom joined JCE in 2023 to pursue a career as an electrician and has integrated well with the team while starting his college studies. Known for his politeness and good sense of humour, Tom also plays as a winger for Frome Rugby Club, where he is reputed to be talented; despite his meticulous attention to keeping his hair perfectly styled.

David Sullivan joined JCE in October 2021 as a Store Supervisor/Driver.

David bring a wealth of wholesale experience to the company.

When not working Dave like to spend time with his 10 grandchildren and other family members. Dave also loves to go out on a nice long bike ride.
