whether you have one rented property or portfolio of properties and need as reliable contractor to assist with Periodic electrical Inspections and other domestic electrical work.

  • All inspecting & testing complies with current safety standards and NICEIC certification is issued to ensure that your electrical installation is safe for continue service.

  • If your rented properly includes any electrical appliances, they will need to be tested and it is your duty of care to ensure tenants safety.

    These checks should be carried out at the start of each tenancy, or on a rolling annual basis.

    Each tested item will be labelled with either a ‘passed’ or ‘failed’ label upon completion.

  • We work along with a number of local trades and we may be able to arrange ongoing support for you with Gas Safe Certificates, feel free to enquire with us when booking inspections and testing.

    • To comply with the electrical regulations (BS 7671: 2018).

    • On a change of occupancy of the premises.

    • On a change of use of the premises.

    • After alterations or additions to the original installation.

    • Because of any significant change in loading of the installation.

    • Where there is reason to believe that damage may have been caused to the installation.
