Vimmy is a grandad!! Vimmy became a grandad for the first time, which he and his wife are over the moon about. Vimmy’s daughter Amy went to Bath Royal United Hospital on 22nd January 2021 and gave birth to Teddy Geoffrey Christopher Brewin at 02.02. Teddy was born weighing 8lb 11oz and is a very happy, healthy baby and both Teddy and mummy Amy are doing really well!!
Amy came home on Monday 25th January and is looking forward to starting a routine with Teddy. Grandad Vimmy and nanny Shell, Vimmy’s wife, couldn’t wait to get round there to meet him, using the excuse that Amy needed the pushchair, which I’m sure she does, but we all know it was because Vimmy and Shell couldn’t wait any longer and wanted cuddles, kisses and to be able to take in all those lovely new baby smells!!
Vimmy has taken the week off work to be with his daughter and to lend a hand if anything is needed. I’m sure all Amy has to do is click her fingers and one, if not both grandparents will come a running.
I’m sure Amy and Elliot, Amy’s partner, are enjoying the time off together, to enjoy and share every precious moment with Teddy.
As you can see, Teddy was born with a right little mop of hair, far more hair than his grandad Vimmy has, and darker in colour too. I’m sure it won’t be long when the lockdown is over and freedom is finally upon us again, that Amy and Elliot will wants to go out and Nanny & Grandad get to have some quality time on babysitting duties.
Everyone at JCE wishes Amy, Elliot and the grandparents all the best and hope Teddy keeps you on your toes and you treasure every moment, as we all know how quickly times goes by……
