Tom Court has finally moved into his new home!! As you may be aware, Tom and his partner Becca purchased their new home together back in August last year. After six, I expect very long months, they have worked really hard to turn the house into a home.
As well as the house having a full rewire, they completed ripped out the kitchen, they put in a new boiler, new lights, replastered, decorated and installed a brand-new kitchen, along with white goods and a new cooker and extractor.
They have also ripped out the old green bathroom suite, changed the layout in the bathroom, changed the flooring and redecorated. I think they have done a wonderful job of both rooms.
The lounge has also been completed changed, the pendant lighting has been replaced with downlights, the room has been completed redecorated and the carpets have been replaced with wooden flooring. They have also removed the old gas fire, which has created a bit more space.
The bedrooms have also had a makeover. As you will see Tom has taken some photos of before and after for some of the rooms, but not all of them. Hopefully I will get some more photos to be able to show you soon and will update you on Facebook.
So, Sunday of last week Tom & Becca finally moved into their new home, the family has already grown, as they now have not one, but three cats. I’m sure they’re still working through boxes, but they’ll get there.
I’m sure this won’t be Tom & Becca’s forever home, but I’m sure it’s been a great project to work on until they decide to move again in the future.
