May I take this opportunity to thank Simon, Tom and the Team for making the work in our house a priority for us. The attitude of all the “boys” working at the house, and also you Simon has warmed my heart and provided me with some significant measure of comfort during this difficult time. I am aware of the difficulties they faced when trying to fit the heaters – we are obviously looking like hoarders – but in my defence everything has gone to pot for over a year and also through the lockdown period. You were the only one to come back to me. Then to have phoned me from a service station on the way to Dover, diagnosed my fuse box problem and told me what to do to follow up your suspicion that it was a piece of household equipment causing the problem. Following your procedure I discovered it was indeed our washing machine and having rung you back to let you know to find you did not want to charge me at all when you had saved me a lot according to what an agency for some of the others wanted me to pay.”
