A few words of praise and a big ‘thank you’. What a good man Vimmy is – I’m so impressed by all he did in the house on Friday – starting with arriving pretty well on time and a fully professional response throughout the time he was here.

I had already asked your colleague Michelle in advance of his appointment if I could possibly add a further couple of items of possible tasks – believing it only courteous to do this rather than simply assuming he would be able to on arrival. I know he rang and discussed something to do with this with you prior to doing so.

So – thank you and in fact also to both yourself and Michelle for all you have done – would happily recommend the company to anyone if asked. Annie 

 

Realised I had an electrical problem when breaker kept tripping. Gave JCE a call and received a visit from an electrician a couple of hours later! Very helpful and effective, problem appears to be resolved. Ten out of ten JCE for customer service, thank you! J Egging

May I take this opportunity to thank Simon, Tom and the Team for making the work in our house a priority for us.
